These stainless steel application templates support printing on small parts and flexible materials. They facilitate marking on small parts and flexible surfaces. Developed for the mobile marking device jetStamp 1025, this tool keeps the imprint area precisely where it needs to be.
The package includes four template inserts. Once the stainless steel frame, sized approximately 155 x 87 x 1 mm, is attached to the base plate, the templates can be inserted as needed to ensure accurately positioned and reproducible imprints.
REINER has designed the replaceable stainless steel templates to address common challenges in marking small parts or products with flexible surfaces. Rungs divide the templates into fields to optimize imprints on tiny parts or highly flexible, thin materials such as fabrics, foils, bags, or sachets. The rungs also help align print images on very small packaging items, such as tubes or petri dishes.
Two different spacer templates are included for marking round, cylindrical objects such as thin pipes, rods, cylindrical packaging materials, cables, or test tubes. The reduced printing field ensures high-quality marking at the upper apex of these objects.
