Policies

Shipping Policy Pack Secure has currently suspended shipping to UPS stores, FedEx stores, freight forwarders, or shipping stores. Orders will only be shipped to a valid physical address.

Payment Methods

  • Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover with no surcharge. Ensure billing details match your credit card bank records to avoid delays.

  • Net 30 Terms: Available for businesses upon approval. Submit an application here.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 30 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Missing or damaged parts may result in a reduced refund.  *LabelMate products have a 10 day return policy. 

  • Errors, defects, or damages must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns and can be requested here.

  • Damaged items are covered through freight insurance (claim process may take up to 14 days).

  • Defective machinery falls under the manufacturer’s warranty-customers must contact the manufacturer directly.

  • If incorrect products are shipped, we will exchange them at no cost.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error.

  • Items sold with free shipping will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the refund.

  • Manufacturer restocking fees apply:

    • 15% on non-defective returns (machinery issues are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and are non-returnable, unless the wrong machine was sent.).

    • 20% on select items (Peanut Dispensers/Vacuums, ESC60 Stencil Machine, Reiner, Smart Jet machines)

  • Refused/undeliverable packages are treated as returns, subject to the above restocking fee, return shipping charges, and the original shipping fee.

  • Custom Orders & Software Purchases: Non-refundable.

Taxes Sales tax is automatically applied to Ohio deliveries. For other states, customers are responsible for submitting taxes. Drop-shipped items may include an additional invoice for sales tax. Tax exemptions can be claimed at checkout.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (M-F, excluding federal holidays).

  • Shipping estimates are approximate-order in advance to prevent delays.

  • Free shipping applies only to items specified on the product page.

  • Expedited shipping requests must be made before 2:00 PM EST.

  • Some items may qualify for shipment via customer UPS accounts (a $4.00 service fee applies) if your company has a Net 30 account with Pack Secure.

  • Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or courier, at our discretion.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses resulting in carrier fees will be billed to the customer.

  • Products may ship from various warehouses nationwide, leading to split shipments when necessary (at no additional cost to you).

Order Acceptance & Stock Availability

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance-we reserve the right to decline orders or adjust quantities.

  • Out-of-stock products may cause delays. Customers will be informed of unavailability and may cancel prior to shipment.

Product Reviews: 
  • Maximum of 3 gift cards per customer as our thank you. 

Privacy & Security

  • We protect customer data using advanced encryption and firewall technology.

  • Personal details (name, email, phone, address, password) are used solely for order processing and updates.

  • Credit card information is not stored and is never shared with marketing companies.

  • Legal requirements, fraud prevention, and credit risk reduction may require limited data sharing.

  • Cookies enhance your shopping experience by storing cart details.
