ZCM1100NS Electric Tape Dispenser with safety guard cutting head is designed for medium to high production of repetitive taping in industrial applications. This Start International dispenser automatically advances and cuts predefined tape lengths and is compatible with double-sided and VHB tapes. Non-marking rollers make it ideal for thin polypropylene packing tape. The safety guard prevents cutter activation when objects are present, and the photosensor ensures accurate and consistent feed and cut. Manual operation is available via push-button control. Preset lengths from 1.2 to 39" (30 to 999 mm) can be overridden for custom cuts and returned to autofeed settings. The adjustable feed roller pressure accommodates varying tape thicknesses, and the guillotine blade delivers a clean, straight edge. Blade life is estimated at 200,000 cuts depending on tape material.
