Manufactured by Start International, this dispenser can be set to automatically cut and advance tape using a built-in photosensor that detects tape position. It also offers manual cut-and-feed operation via push-button control. The adjustable feed roller pressure accommodates various tape thicknesses, and the guillotine blade ensures a clean, straight-edge cut every time.
