Description

The AIE-1000FL Foot Impulse Sealer is engineered for hands-free, high-efficiency sealing using a foot pedal activator. Each unit includes a pedestal, stand, adjustable worktable, and adjustable foot pedal for ergonomic operation in demanding packaging environments.


Optional upgrades such as Heavy Duty Work Tables, Taller Stands, and Tilt Head Adjustments are available to customize the machine to your specific needs. These accessories are sold separately and can be accessed via the parts link below.


According to the manufacturer, this impulse heat sealer is ideal for sealing materials like KEL-F, POLYFLEX, P.V.A., POLYETHYLENE, POLYURETHANE, POLYVINYLCHLORIDE, POLYPROPYLENE, PLIOFILM, TIVAC, SARAN, and most other heat-sealable substrates. It operates on a standard 110V outlet and requires no warm-up time.
