AIE-300FUA - 12 Inch Automatic - Manual Upper Jaw Sealer 2mm Seal AIE300FUA

The AIE-300FUA upper jaw automatic impulse sealer is designed for continuous sealing operations on materials such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Its heating element is positioned on the top jaw, with silicone on the lower jaw to help keep moisture and contaminants off the element. The sealing cycle is controlled by a transistorized circuit board and electronic timers for consistent performance.

Uniform pressure is applied evenly across the sealing surface by an electromagnet that pulls the sealing arm down. Once timer settings are programmed, the unit maintains reliable seals automatically from the first to the last. An electric foot pedal is included for manual operation.

Note: Automatic sealers require a 20 to 30 minute cool-down period after approximately 2 hours of continuous use. Operates on a standard 110V outlet.
