AIE-450AR - 18 Inch Automatic Impulse Sealer with Round Wire

The AIE-450AR is an 18-inch automatic impulse sealer with a round wire, designed for reliable and consistent sealing of films such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Controlled by a transistorized circuit board and electronic timers, it ensures each seal is as precise as the first. Uniform pressure is delivered by a timer-controlled electromagnet that pulls the sealing arm down. An electric foot pedal is included for manual operation, and optional counters are available to monitor the number of seals completed.

Note: Automatic sealers require a 20 to 30 minute cool-down period after approximately 2 hours of continuous use. According to the manufacturer, this model is best suited for KEL-F, POLYFLEX, P.V.A., POLYETHYLENE, POLYURETHANE, POLYVINYLCHLORIDE, POLYPROPYLENE, PLIOFILM, TIVAC, and SARAN. Operates on a standard 110V outlet.
