Our dry ink coding rollers are specialized foam rolls friction-loaded with premium hot melt inks. Designed for use in dry ink continuous band sealers, these rollers deliver consistent, high-quality prints across a wide range of applications.

Temperature Range and Durability

Engineered for performance, our ink rollers operate efficiently between 248°F and 302°F (120°C to 150°C). Each hot ink roller is capable of producing approximately 50,000 imprints, depending on factors such as line count, character density, and printing temperature.

Cross-Compatibility
