Description
The TISA-602 24" Automatic Impulse Sealer is engineered for continuous sealing of Polyethylene and Polypropylene plastics. Its electronic timer and electromagnet ensure consistent seals with automatic operation. Manual mode is also available via foot switch. Note: Automatic sealers require a 20 to 30 minute cool down after approximately 2 hours of continuous use.
Automatic Operation: Set the control to auto. Adjust the congealing time (cooling time), sealing time (heating time), and recycle time (automatic jaw operation). Place the material to be sealed. After the seal is made, the jaw opens automatically. Remove the sealed product.
Manual Operation: Set the control to manual. Insert the material and press the foot switch to activate the sealing bar. Remove the finished product.
